Ruby's Cafe, of coarse! Located on Front Street, this little cafe is a fav among locals and tourists alike. Its attached to Ruby's Hotel, also a great little place to crash if you are on a budget.
She has coffee ready to go at 5AM along with the best little pastries and Belizean breakfast foods you'll find! The ham, bean and cheese fry jacks are my hangover food of choice. Its all to-go, but the hotel has a great patio to eat on and watch the sun rise over the reef. Get there early, she sells out fast!
